Get ready to, stretch, tone and let go of daily stresses through this moving meditation! This playful and energetic yoga class is designed to provide a full-body workout to practicing yogis as well as introduce the benefits of yoga to those who are curious; see for yourself how yoga will increase your flexibility, balance, and strength and leave you feeling calm and refreshed for the rest of the day.
Class is from 9-10 a.m. on the grass at the Severn side of Whole Foods. Whole Foods will offer $2 smoothies after class to benefit the Whole Planet Foundation.
