A native to New Orleans, Jack Fontana is a professional breathwork practitioner. Since 1985, he has expanded his practice to both teaching and participating in breathwork seminars across the U.S. He is a licensed massage therapist, nationally certified through the NCBTMB 2013, state licensed #0076, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, as well as an artist.

Originally from Texas, Joni has recently relocated to New Orleans with her husband and two children. She has been practicing yoga for 12 years, beginning with Iyengar yoga, a form of hatha yoga that centers around using props, belts, breathing and alignment to help students learn the poses. In 2003, Joni received her certification from NESTA through the Sport Yoga program. She recently received a personal training and senior certification that she looks forward to incorporating into her classes and private instruction.
