Intro to Yoga
Introduction to Yoga: Begin at the Beginning — This workshop is for those who have always been curious about yoga but don’t know where to start. The instructor introduces the fundamentals of yoga, showing how yoga can increase strength, balance and flexibility, and explores basic standing and seated postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. Begin at the Beginning builds confidence and prepares you for the studio’s regularly scheduled Hatha classes.

I would like to try your beginner class at 7:30 pm. I see that the price is $65 for 6 classes, which is fine, but I was wondering if I could pay for one class to see if it is a fit for me?
