Namasté is Metairie’s premiere yoga and Pilates studio, serving Metairie, Kenner and the greater New Orleans area since 2003*. We are a cozy studio creating a safe and open environment for all who wish to engage in the magnificent journey and experience of yoga, or the more intense core strengthening of Pilates. Dedicated to those who are interested in learning, exploring and enjoying yoga, Pilates and movement, we strive to bring balance to your body and life both in and out of class.
