Restorative yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga that utilizes props to provide support for opening the body, passive stretching and total relaxation.  Relaxation is a state in which there is no movement, no effort and the mind is quiet.

    I would like to try this class. I am interested in restorative yoga. I have tibial tendonitis in my left foot.
